Analysis of Microbial Communities in Aged Refuse Based on 16S Sequencing

Aged refuse is widely considered to have certain soil fertility. 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing used investigate the microbial community of aged refuse. The found contain higher fertility elements (total nitrogen, total phosphorus, potassium, etc.) and concentrations heavy metals (Pb, Cd, Zn, Hg). Taxonomy based on operational taxonomic units (OTUs) shows that Actinobacteria, Proteobacteria, Chloroflexi, Acidobacteria, Gemmatimonadetes are main bacterial phyla in two soils there a palpable difference composition between groups samples. genera Paramaledivibacter, Limnochorda, Marinobacter, Pseudaminobacter, Kocuria, Bdellovibrio, Halomonas, Gillisia, Membranicola enriched Functional predictive analysis both control high abundance “carbohydrate metabolism” “amino acid metabolism”, show differences several metabolism pathways, such as “xenobiotics biodegradation “lipid metabolism”. undisturbed significant alpha diversity composition. Multiple environmental factors (Hg, TN, Cr, significantly impact microorganisms’ (Marinobacter, Blastococcus, etc.). Our study provides valuable knowledge for ecological restoration closed landfills.
